Compatibility mode won’t cut it, and you can’t get IE6 for Windows any later than XP. The IE6/ActiveX combination is firmly entrenched in some places, and upgrading Windows is therefore not an option. A proper shill here would’ve been something like: “Some enterprises are already considering upgrading to Windows 8.” That might even be true, though I doubt it.
